What I am doing is MORE THAN enough. The fact that I’m merely living and breathing is enough. The fact that I have a job, income, roof above my head, is more than enough.

Remember when you were a kid and all you had to do was go to school? You didn’t have to work or provide an income when you were 10 years old (hopefully). You simply existed and that was more than enough for your happiness and your family. Going outside and playing so you weren’t always indoors was one of your responsibilities as a kid! That was all that was expected of you! Go to school, eat your veggies, and play. Ah, the simpler times.

Now you’ve grown and are an adult and have to fend for yourself. So why isn’t existing and being alive enough? Everything and anything you are doing is ENOUGH because you are surviving. The world’s tough. The fact that you get through each day is enough. Even if you’ve had a really hard day – guess what? You’re still alive to see another day and have the opportunity to make the next day even better. You have opportunities each day you are alive because YOU ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH.

These are supposed to be daily affirmations for myself but I’m only able to encourage others because I believe it myself. What I am doing is more than enough, and so are you!
