Daily Affirmation

I will always unapologetically be myself. I am brutally honest to others and myself. Even if I come across a negative thought, I don’t judge it; I’ve been trying to just let it pass without thinking about it. It’s difficult, but it’s becoming easier. I have been less critical of myself recently and I have become more compassionate and understanding of myself. There’s always a source to a negative thought and I’ve been doing well at pinpointing what the source is and becoming aware of the foundation of it. For some reason, just figuring out what the source is always helps me get past it. I wouldn’t be able to tell you how to overcome the negative thoughts because I don’t even know myself how I’ve gotten to this point. But I’m assuming that being aware of yourself and emotions helps a ton. I believe I’ve always had a high EQ. Emotional maturity definitely helps. Learning to be compassionate to yourself and forgiving yourself helps as well. With that said, remember that you deserve love and a safe space within yourself without judgment.
