Okay, so I guess a quick 4-minute meditation and a quick 6-minute stretch actually really does help me keep my peace. I should try meditating more often before work. I’d probably be more “ugghhhhhhh” about training a new person at work today than I feel right now. It’s an “ugh” feeling in the back of my mind but it’s not the predominant feeling. I’m not sure what my predominant feeling is. Excitement for the upcoming cruise? Debating whether to quit before my cruise? Peace? The mind works wonders. All I know is, I don’t feel anything negative, which is a great feeling.
