It’s not that I wish pain upon him. It’s that I want to know that this impacted him in some reason. I want to know that I mattered and having to let me go hurt him.

But I’ll never know because I blocked him from all forms of social media in an effort to move on quicker.

Our paths will never naturally cross. We don’t have any mutual friends. We don’t have similar hobbies. We don’t frequent the same places. We have different work/sleep schedules. It took so much effort (mostly from me) to make this relationship work and it just unravels so easily. All that work for nothing.
