I should revisit meditation or free-writing my thoughts… I want to word vomit my thoughts sometimes but when it comes to pinpointing what my thoughts are – I come up blank. What exactly am I worrying about? What exactly am I thinking? What thoughts are crossing my mind in this present time? Free-writing allowed me to word vomit my thoughts and empty my mind without boundaries. Anything that came to mind. My goals, accomplishments, concerns, worries, mood, other thoughts. It freed up my mind to focus on what was now in front of me instead of having these thoughts just buzzing about while I’m trying to focus.
