This is an emote on my Discord channel that I have between friends. This is from a close friend that I connected naturally with when we first met at a previous job. We’ve been through our fair share of hard times in our lives and no matter what, we continue to support and love each other unconditionally. We’ve witnessed each other grow into our minds and inner peace through the short time we’ve known each other so far (approximately 2 years, I believe). She moved to another state and I also left the job we met at to pursue a career in law, and despite this, we still keep in communication and continue to share our struggles and accomplishments with one another. And all of this despite either of us having a social media presence!

I would also like to take this opportunity not only to thank her, but to congratulate her in getting accepted to at least one medical school program so far!

This will be sitting proudly at my desk at work starting tomorrow because I’m afraid my cats will accidentally break it.
