Some days just start off bad

I can’t predict which days will be bad or good, or when my mental health decides to take a nose dive, but can they at least happen on the weekends so I can be a functioning, working adult during the work week?

I kept waking up every twenty minutes last night, tossing and turning, which caused me to wake up with a tension headache. My face also feels like it got punched because it feels so tense/sore, especially in my cheekbones. I even tried to take a sleep-aid pill last night and that didn’t work.
