I keep having dreams of still being with my ex and finding out he’s cheating on me. I realize trust is a big part of my relationship with another person, but it makes me wake up feeling so uncomfortable to have these dreams. I would have these dreams once in a while when I was still with him, but why am I still having them, and much more intensely? I just want to move on. I’m past feeling hurt by him, but these dreams just keep hammering in the lack of trust I had with him.
