This is probably the most productive day I’ve had for a rainy day. It’s actually been a really great day. Work was busy, so time went by quickly even though it was frying my brain. My commute went by quickly because there wasn’t much traffic surprisingly and he called me and talked to me while I drove home. I happened to catch two of my favorite coworkers from the lab I used to work at on Discord and chatted with them for a few minutes and it was so nice to hear their voices again. I hadn’t seen them since the lab and they honestly kept me going during that time. I faced a lot of my personal demons while working in that lab and they kept me going. And then I ended the night with a great conversation with one of my close friends. And it’s honestly just a really happy, productive day, being able to just chat and connect with so many people in one night and rekindle those friendships. Ugh, I miss everyone!
