I haven’t posted in a while, and I’m not exactly sure why. Perhaps I’ve been stuck in a mental rut, unmotivated. Recovery
I’ve been recovering, working on myself, facing my demons, retraining my mind and body for the past 7 years since my trauma. I just want to relax and do things that feel good to me, even if that means staying in bed all day.
