If women are forced to bring a baby to term after being raped, shouldn’t men be forced to fiscally and legally support the resulting child? If men are raping women, the very least that should be required is that they get a vasectomy. “All men are created equal.” Well if you’re going to force one entire gender to no longer have a say in their body autonomy, the same should be for the other gender. Why are we going backwards when we should be moving forwards? Why are we being limited our biological rights? What we do with our own bodies is nobody’s business. Men get away with rape every single day, but the second a woman wants an abortion or needs to have an abortion, all eyes are on them. How fucked up is that? Women have to carry the consequences of rape – men do not. Men can impregnate a woman and simply walk away because they don’t have to carry the child for nine months, they don’t have to care for the child after it is born. Women were created with the beautiful gift of being able to carry life within them, and instead of a strength, that’s being used against as a weakness and a reason to have less rights. Our world is backwards. Men constantly oppress women because they don’t have the same abilities as women. Men constantly oppress women because of their pride and egos. Women are significantly better than men which is why men constantly try to oppress them and take away their rights. It’s a man’s world and resources and rights have been taken away from women to make sure it stays that way. Men, you are only degrading our society by suppressing the rights and voices of women. Men, if you truly wanted to do what’s best for humanity and the greater good and “life,” then you would support women through their troubles, through their pregnancies, labor, child care, their own rights.
